"How do I apply for a contracted position with MTPS?"

Middletown Township Public Schools requires all applicants to use the district's use the district's online process to apply for all certificated and non-certificated positions.

Choose the position desired and select "Apply" to start an application. The application consists of multiple steps and may take 30 to 60 minutes to complete. You do not have to complete the process at one time. You can save your information and use the "Continue/Modify Your Application" link to return and update an application you have started. 

Important Notes

Middletown Township Public Schools does not accept paper applications including supporting documentation (resumes, certifications, letters of reference, etc.)

When you submit your application for employment you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application.

Due to the volume of applications that we receive, the district is unable to respond to telephone inquiries regarding the status of an application.

You must resubmit or apply through AppliTrack for each vacancy in which you are interested.

"How do I apply for a substitute position with MTPS?"

MTPS is now accepting applications for Substitute Teachers, Substitute Paraprofessionals, and Substitute Secretaries through ESS.

 To Apply:

  1. Visit the ESS career opportunities homepage
  2. Under "Where would you like to work?", type in "Middletown Township Public Schools" and select "Apply Now"
  3. Select "Apply" for the vacancy you would like to be considered for, and complete the application
